Promptiva Health, Inc. (“Promptiva,” “we,” “us”) operates promptivahealth.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the Site, join our waitlist, or express interest in the Promptiva device, and how we use and protect it.
 

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist: Your email address and, optionally, your name.

• Communications: Messages you send us.

• Automatic data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, collected through essential cookies and privacy-focused analytics.
   

2. Consumer health data
 

Joining the waitlist may reveal interest in a medication-management product. We treat that as consumer health data and handle it as described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
 

We ask only for your email address (name is optional). Please do not include health information in any form or message to us.
 

This policy covers the Site only; the device and companion app will have their own policy.

4. Payment information
 

The Site currently operates a waitlist only. We do not collect payment card information or process purchases through the waitlist.
 

5. How we share information
 

We do not sell your information. We do not disclose your email address or other personal information to anyone outside Promptiva for their own purposes, including advertising platforms and data brokers.
 

We disclose information only to:
 

• Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes;

• Authorities, when required by law; and

• A successor company in a financing, merger or acquisition, with notice to you or an obligation to honor this policy.
   

6. Cookies and analytics
 

We use essential cookies and privacy-focused analytics only. We do not use advertising pixels, ad-platform tracking tools or session-recording tools.
 

You can control cookies in your browser. The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
 

7. Retention
 

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; waitlist records with no activity (no email engagement or contact with us) for 24 months are deleted, and we delete them from backups within six months after that.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
 

9. Your choices and rights
 

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.

• Ask to access, correct or delete your information.

• Washington, Nevada and Connecticut residents have additional rights over consumer health data, described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

• California residents may request to know, delete or correct their information. We do not sell or share personal information.

10. Where we operate

The Site is intended for users in the United States only.

11. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we learn we hold a child's data without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at info@promptivahealth.com if you believe this has happened.

12. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
